Professional Course on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking

Targeted Audience: The target audience of this course is designed for a diverse audience, including IT security officers, network security engineers, and security analysts who are looking to deepen their understanding of cybersecurity threats and defenses. It also targets ethical hackers and penetration testers who need to stay updated with the latest hacking techniques and countermeasures.

Goals: The purpose of taking a course on cyber security and ethical hacking is to give people the information and abilities they need to defend networks, systems, and data against online threats. It focuses on comprehending fundamental security ideas, spotting flaws, and using ethical hacking methods in safe and tested environments. By the completion of the course, students should be able to evaluate risks, conduct penetration tests, and create plans to stop security breaches while abiding by the law and ethical standards. This gives them the ability to be extremely important in protecting digital infrastructures.

Outcome: Participants will be adept at identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats, performing ethical hacking, and implementing robust security measures.

Prerequisite: Minimum HSC/A-Level/equivalent passed.

Course Duration: 120 Hours (3 hours/day and 3 classes/week).

Shifts: Morning (10:00am — 01:00pm), Day (02:00pm — 05:00pm), Evening (05:00pm — 08:00pm)

Course Fee: BDT 3500 (Morning/Day), BDT 3500 (Evening)

Short Course Outline: Introduction to Cyber Security, Networking Fundamentals, Cryptography   and Encryption. Operating System Security, Ethical Hacking Fundamentals, Reconnaissance and Footprinting, Scanning and Enumeration, Vulnerability Assessment, System Hacking, Web Application Security, Web Application Security, Social Engineering, Incident Response and Forensics, Security Auditing and Compliance
