Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Hardware and Network

Targeted Audience: This course is designed for those who want to work as an IT support technician from very basic level. It also suits for the personnel who work in IT environment and want to efficiently troubleshoot almost all kinds of hardware, software and network related problems. The skill and knowledge achieved from this course will increase their value in corporate offices.

Goal: The overall goal of the course is to create confidence in the use of IT equipment and its smooth operation. Some of the major goals are listed below:

  1. Increase skill and knowledge on assembling, installing, configuring computer and related machinery;
  2. Increase the ability to acquire knowledge and skills for passing A+(Plus) vendor certification;
  3. Increase the efficiency of supporting IT related services;
  4. Increase the confidence in working with ICT;

Outcome: Trainee will be able to support small and medium size office for smooth operation of IT equipment, machinery and services;

Prerequisite: Minimum HSC/A-Level/equivalent passed with knowledge on computer and applications;

Course Duration: 60 Hours (3 hours/day and 3 classes/week).

Shifts: Morning (10:00am – 01:00pm), Day (02:00pm – 05:00pm), Evening (05:00pm – 08:00pm)

Course Fee: 2,000 (Morning/Day), 2,500 (Evening);
